Worst experience ever! Negative 5 stars!
Hair Cuttery completely ruined my hair. What the stylist and I agreed upon is nothing like what I was left with. Not only do I have an overall orange color to my hair, but it is nothing like the dark blonde with highlights that was agreed upon. And even after politely asking for an understandable refund, the company refused.
Do not trust your hair with Hair Cuttery!
Luckily, I am able to dispute the $251.00 with my CC company. The first photo is what the stylist and I agreed on; the other two are what I was left with—just terrible!

On February 10, I went into Hair cuttery to book an appointment in person for February 12. I clearly explained I wanted a full head of highlights a trim along with the bottom edge not a full haircut and a straight blow dry.
I also made it very clear that I had high maintenance Hair. Its very long and curling. I was quoted approximately $176 for the entire service I wrote that amount down before scheduling when I arrive from my appointment February 12 I was assigned to a stylist who appeared inexperienced with long thick care. She immediately commented on how much hair I had and she had to retrieve special combs.
She then asked another stylist how to use the highlight comb. After an hour, she was still working on the back of my head and the foils were left in an excessive amount of time she appeared overwhelmed. I was in the salon for 3 1/2 hours or more, which is far longer than expected for this service I had repeatedly asked for assistance on her behalf before another stylist finally stepped in and took over thankfully, the second stylist seemed much more experienced and helped correct this situation during the shampoo process toner was applied to my Hair without me requesting it or being informed that it would be an additional charge. I was later bill $28 for the toner that I did not ask for or approve I also signed up for a $20 coupon Hair promotion code A109 but they claimed they could not pull it up in their system, the manager on duty was unable to resolve it, so I did not receive the discount.
my total bill came to $204 plus I tipped the stylus who completed the service $30 and I tried to tip the assistant stylist but she refused and the overall experience was stressful disorganized and extremely time-consuming. I have been getting highlights for over 35 years and specially requested one of their best highlighting experts unfortunately this was not the level of service I received very disappointing experience..

I was overcharged for services and the store is not willing to fix the problem

I called to speak with a manager and they said that it wouldnt matter because it was almost 6 months ago and they would not fix the problem, but I didnt find out until now that I was overcharged so I think that is a very unprofessional statement they can fix the problem. Im a manager I know, but theyre just not willing to. fix it.

I paid for the perm in full and even left a tip. I feel my shirt, which was fairly new and can be replaced for $29.95 (I looked where it was purchased), should have been compensated.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A call was received from Travelers Claims Dept apologizing for the damage done to my shirt and they sent me a check for the full price to replace the shirt
I completed the survey and explained my shirt was ruined. No one called me to discuss.
I also found a number to reach the corporate office and got a ticket number but still have not heard back.
My shirt was completely ruined when I went for a perm. The solution got under the towel and drape and discolored my shirt

It happened i made an appointment online for date an time which scheduled for Wednesday at 11.30 am yet when I walk in the stylist said oh I don't see your name then I gave her my number still she said she saw nothing I couldn't get fit in so I left this happened b4 yet they took me so I went to the Hair Cuttery in Belair Md next to Ulta Beauty..so I got a Appointment a later one a Older woman stylist waited on me when I told her what I wanted color she began telling me it would take 5 hours to do it an they close at 8.00pm I had my hair colored b4 it took about 2 hours after she told why she couldn't do my hair the color I wanted I settled for another color she told me about so I got it yes my fault for getting it yet I wasn't happy about it it cost me $140.00 yet the girls that work at Constant Friendship in Abingdon MD hair cuttery are younger I feel as did my husband she wasn't experienced in doing coloring i don't know just not happy ![]()

I visited a hair Cuttery location in Vero Beach Florida on a Saturday evening around 6:00 PM. Found out they had a 20% for first time guests.i walked in the lady behind the counter asked for my phone number,I gave it to her,she verified that I was a first time guest.
Got my hair cut and went pay and the gentleman who tried to ring me up had some sort of problem so he asked another gentleman for help.He then told me the price and I mentioned about the 20% promo he stated I forgot so he tried to do it but couldn't get it to work. Another young dark haired lady came over to help then proceeded to ask me if I had a code or email or something. I said no because the lady that waited on me to begin with had not informed me that a code was needed or anything was just told that I would get the 20% off. So finally the last lady to me that I had to book an appointment even though there was nobody in there when I walked in and I even called ahead to find out if I needed an appointment.
Ended up being charged almost 35.00 .called the manager on Monday told her what happened she said let me check into it will call you back. She called back a few minutes later and said I needed the code but she said I'll put 5$ back on your card because you didn't understand.
That's ridiculous it's not that I didn't understand it's that the employee never informed me up front that I needed a code or whatever. My advice is to be knowledgeable about your promotions and inform the customer about them if they want to use them Will never use these people again

Went to a salon twice to get my hair dyed highlighted spent $300 the first time 2 weeks later I come back again they charged me $188 for a Fix-It job that their girl messed up why am I being charged $500 in 2 weeks to fix my hair when I paid for it to get done right the first time to only be charged full price for it again I have receipts from today's visit I have receipts from two and a half weeks ago and I have the photos of before and afters on both of them and you tell me where this looks like that picture please what do I need to do to get refunded properly because the store that I went to apparently did not hear me when I said I wasn't paying for this when I paid for it already and it wasn't done

I went and had my hair dyed and it was 74 dollars. I put in a 10 dollar tip, but the system acknowledged it as an 84 dollar tip and took 158 out of my account.
When I realized this, I went back to the salon. They said Amanda would fix it when she came in at noon. I called at 1:30 and it still hadn't been sorted out. I spoke with Amanda and she assured me it would be in my account the following morning.
However, it's already the next day and there's still no sign of the refund. It's preposterous to think I would have ever left an 84 dollar tip!
I just want my money back - all 158 dollars. I vow to never use this location again.
