Went to a salon twice to get my hair dyed...
Went to a salon twice to get my hair dyed highlighted spent $300 the first time 2 weeks later I come back again they charged me $188 for a Fix-It job that their girl messed up why am I being charged $500 in 2 weeks to fix my hair when I paid for it to get done right the first time to only be charged full price for it again I have receipts from today's visit I have receipts from two and a half weeks ago and I have the photos of before and afters on both of them and you tell me where this looks like that picture please what do I need to do to get refunded properly because the store that I went to apparently did not hear me when I said I wasn't paying for this when I paid for it already and it wasn't done

Bad service
I went and had my hair dyed and it was 74 dollars. I put in a 10 dollar tip, but the system acknowledged it as an 84 dollar tip and took 158 out of my account.
When I realized this, I went back to the salon. They said Amanda would fix it when she came in at noon. I called at 1:30 and it still hadn't been sorted out. I spoke with Amanda and she assured me it would be in my account the following morning.
However, it's already the next day and there's still no sign of the refund. It's preposterous to think I would have ever left an 84 dollar tip!
I just want my money back - all 158 dollars. I vow to never use this location again.

Pricing
Your pricing for a haircut is literally scaring customers away...I just paid $30 and a $10 dollar tip. I don't have enough hair on my head to pay $30 - you are pricing yourself right out of business ! Won't go back!

Rude stylist
The stylist keeps hitting my head because I asked her to use my personal buzzer. I just fired her and asked someone else to finish the job.

Varied Condition of the Facility
I am an avid customer of Hair Cuttery in Nassau County, State Road 200. I don't mind the prices thus far, but I do mind a toilet that hasn't seen any type of disinfectant with yellow stains on the inside in months.
This facility has only one bathroom for both men and women.
The customer stools are hideous, the material has cracked in every stool therefore, this exposes the inner of each stool to the customer. The next time I go to the facility I will take pictures and place them on social media.

Very bad haircut and customer service
This is are a difficult haircut for me. I was about to leave it to cancel treatments anyway so I decided to go back and go home and well.
Needless to say, the stylist kept stopping and asking if it was short enough, it was so uneven that I had to go to Walmart to fix it. And all your stylist and that's salon. Tell me I look good but yet I looked jacked up from *** I don't even believe in going to Walmart, but they were the only people available to fix my hair. Because your style is suck and they're not honest.
And I paid for something that wasn't even done the way I want it hair color and short. She trims it off my hair and basically goes look good. Didn't offer me a mirror to see the back of my head or nothing. Now I have absolutely almost no hair because yours people suck.
At listening to a customer, there were 3 other people in there that understood what I wanted and instead of doing it that gave me to the *** person. And I'm not gonna be nice about it. Because they cut off over 15 inches of hair, they had plenty of hair to work with. Don't take your gorgeous hair to that place.
You can see it in the photos I provided. The last one is what Walmart had to fix.

Complaint!!
Went to get my hair done at 1:15 for my appointment and was told that the girl called off sick. They didn't have anyone to do my hair that they would reschedule for me.
The party was the day I was getting up to how do they think I was going to get my hair done another day? Very unprofessional will never ever go to your shops again.

I was freezing at your location
I went to your shop in Virginia Ashburn I was waiting for service. It was so cold that I had to leave. This is the second time that I went to the same location and the heat was not working and I asked your staff why is that they said its been like this for several weeks and last year was the same issues I never got fixed

Dissatisfied with my hair
I went in to simply have my hair cut for a job interview and she destroyed it. I have always had problems with the black staff and today the lady just destroyed my hair.

Overcharged

They really get resentful if you change hairdressers. Oh geez.
