I wrote Hair Cuttery a scathing email on their website.We were walk-ins for 2 very brief haircuts.

The 20-minute wait was actually an hour because all the stylists were on permanent break in the back room. We got up and left after an hour, and the lazy gals in the back didn't seem to notice. The site said someone would get back to me in 3 days regarding my complaint. I'm still waiting so I guess Hair Cuttery doesn't care how many customers they lose.

With this economy, there are plenty of comparably priced shops that are much more professional. Don't take any BS from people like this.

They deserve to go out of business.Maybe our unmotiviated ladies would get a little more motivated after they collect their last unemployment check.
